It was obvious that supplying of clothing, food and housing was fist priority of all. October 2011, Kamaishi festival was held in under the circumstance remaining rubbles all over the ground. Toramai which is a folk performing with its root came from Kamaishi was greatly performed by the local people. This festival made a great importance on rallying people who were forced to move to temporary houses, and they enjoyed the festival with tears on their faces. I'm considering the folk arts as an important key element in the problem of earthquake reconstruction.
