STUDY ON EFFECTS ON DISTRIBUTION OF CHLORIDE IONS BY A CHANGE OF THE OUTER LAYER QUALITY OF THE CONCRETE

In this study, it is attended to pore structure of the concrete, it is intended to elucidate mechanism about the influence that a change of the outer layer quality of the concrete which caught the combined deterioration gives to chloride attack. In the indoor examination of the combined deterioration of damage from chloride attack and the frost damage, it is inspected a change of the pore structure by freeze thawing it with salt water and the fresh water which stopped by according to combination. In field survey, six marine structures which were different environmental conditions had been measured during three years. in order to investigate influences of differences of the pore structures on the diffusion of chloride ions with consideration of mix proportion, environmental condition, service life age and combined deterioration, experiments have been carried out to compare the distribution and content of chloride ions and the pore size distribution using several cores drawn from four marine existing structures.
