When I was an elementary school student, I felt being watched by my neighborhood. For example, I talked to old people at going to and from school, and I went to a park to play with my friends at the after school. There are social changes and weakening of regional relationship, and so a contemporary children doesn’t play with different age groups and come in contact with their neighborhood. So, I want to make a chance. It is not a children stay in their school or their house at the after school, but a children play outside and we help to grow of a children in cooperation with local residents.
