In recent years, concern about seismic performance of buildings is increasing in Japan. However, it is a major social problem that there is much architecture which does not have sufficient earthquake resistance designed by old seismic standards. To solve this problem, establishment of low-priced and simple technique that can estimate structural outline of the building and obtain basic data of seismic diagnosis is required. The purpose of this study is what identify various amount of the structure and construct the process of obtaining the basic structure information of seismic diagnosis by explore the vibration characteristics of building by the microtremor observation. Genetic algorism is used by optimized method.
