Learning and careers in university students with developmental disorders were reviewed, which indicated the following three issues: (1) When “prohibiting discrimination because of disabilities,” for “providing rational considerations,” and “improvements in the environment,” it is very important foruniversity authorities to carefully listento the opinions and requests of disabled students. However, it is important that such measures should not become a heavy burden on the authorities.(2) Learning support for university students with developmental disorders might not be as sufficient as life related support that is available to them.(3) Support in finding jobs for studentswith developmental disorders includes support inside and outside the campus. During campus life, it is important to help such students develop as much selfunderstanding as possible.
