Nonlinear effect of output devices in digitally direct driving speaker system

A digitally direct driven speaker system can directly convert a digital signal to audio signal. This drives directly voice coils by a digital signal. To improve EMI performance a ferrite bead is inserted between a digital driver circuit and a voice coil. In this paper a nonlinear effect of the ferrite bead is discussed. A nonlinearity effect reduction method is presented.
