In this investigation, a delta-sigma modulator (DSM) and noise shaping dynamic element matching (NSDEM) incorporating a spread spectrum clock generator (SSCG) for reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI). Noise performance deterioration caused by clock frequency switching is reduced by using proposed modified DSM and NSDEM that change these coefficients on the basis of the spread spectrum clock period width and these orders.
