This study is an analysis of the results from the surveys by questionnaire on Korean Japanese language teachers working for Korean secondary schools, conducted in 2001 and 2013, in order to clarify the change of teacher' s belief and its relationship with the influence of "the national syllabus" . The analysis was made by a factor analysis, comparing average factor scale scores in each of seven attributes. As the result, there were major changes in factor structure, such as the fusion, after twelve years, of new and traditional educational views seen in 2001. On the other hand, factors related to "know ledge" , "Teacher's role" and "accuracy" which can be viewed as the idea rooted in traditional Korean society also emerged. Also, difference depending on attributes diminished, it was clarified that the principle of "the national syllabus" had infiltrated widely among teachers working in Korean secondary education.
