Recently, with the fabrication of the magic-mirror having the micro C2-continuous surface, it is difficult to hand down magic-mirror fabrication technology, due to downsizing of veteran engineers or even their successors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to digitalize the magic-mirror fabrication technology using a CNC technology. In this report, we focused on the creation of a simple shape, compared the pattern shape created by the ball end mill and the heel bite, evaluated the curvature continuity of the pattern shape, and examined the influence on the magical plane. Furthermore, the possibility of process intensive processing by the proposed method was examined.
