This research report compiles the results of international comparative survey on psychological and behavioral traits of high school students among 10 countries (Australia, China, Finland, Germany, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and the U.S.) conducted in 2015. It is composed of two parts. Part I summarize the results of international comparative survey based on 2,863 samples from 10 target countries. Part II consist of chapters of country reports contributed by the research partners. Each country report is based on the same format and compares (1) the current status of nurturing next generation of the global leaders, (2) profiles of global mindset, global leadership competency, and PPDAC (scientific problem solving method), and (3) Future perspectives of developing global leaders in home country.
