Learners correlate their acquired knowledge with their daily life and construct their naive concept. Learners'naive concepts on biology, physics and other subjects have been revealed in the fields of studies on teaching and learning, and studies on science education. The interventional strategies to have learners acquire scientific conceptions have been proposed. This study reviews and organizes the published literature concerning the interventional strategies which goals are for the learners to acquire and understand various scientific conceptions. Some of the remaining tasks at their previous studies were discussed in this paper.
