The purpose of this report is to study Restorative Justice (RJ) and Restorative Approaches in Schools (RAiS) efforts in the United Kingdom. I learnt 1) How to introduce RJ and RAiS to School, 2) Educational system for teachers to support the introduction of RJ and RAiS.3) How to implement RAiS at school, In order to introduce RJ and RAiS to school, support of the board of education and school management is necessary. There is a RAiS facilitator at the school. The RAiS in the school can be operated smoothly by RAiS facilitator teaching RAiS to the teachers of the school.
