Kyoto University launched the project "KyotoUx" to provide Massive Online Open Courses (MOOC) on 2014. Research team staff of KyotoUx has analyzed the action logs data of learners in MOOC. We have also conducted questionnaire surveys to understand learners from diversified perspectives. We then combine the results in order to improve the quality of MOOC by giving feedback to production team staff and course instructors. This paper reports our practice, such as the design process of questionnaire surveys or presenting the data in a visual format. Finally, we discussed issues relevant to promoting educational practices in higher education using MOOC or other online techniques.
