Renal lymphangiectasia is a rare disorder of renal lymphatics, which is not well-known in terms of itsnatural history. A 54-year-old woman without any symptoms was referred to our department for hugecystic lesions surrounding bilateral kidneys. Imaging examinations with ultrasonography, and computedtomography suggested renal lymphangiectasia of bilateral kidneys. These cystic lesions were increased insize 12 years later, compared with previous magnetic resonance imaging. This finding suggested the slowgrowing nature of renal lympahngioectasia.
