Customer reviews are important for other customers. Although advertisement may include seller’s will, customer reviews may express honest impressions by customers who bought items. In case of online shopping site, customer reviews and reputation points are important to gain customer satisfaction. For these days, stealth marketing pretending customer review become serious problem on online shopping. Slander review is also problem. The authors want to discover knowledge from reviews of a large scale EC site. They want to remove noise reviews stealth marketing reviews and slander reviews, and also classify information less reviews. In this paper, they researched un-natural review posting like spam mail sending. They extract feature words in reviews which were posted by not-bought customers. They found some tendencies of reviews by not-bought customers.
